Flavors in Motion: A Story of Sweet Beginnings and Mobile Indulgence.
It all began in October 2014, when I fell in love with the art of chocolate. My pursuit of perfection led me to Italy, where I trained as a master chocolatier and immersed myself in the traditions of craftsmanship and flavor. That experience didn’t just refine my skills, it sparked a lifelong devotion to gourmet artistry.
Later, I stepped into the world of commercial real estate, carving out an exciting 8-year career filled with bold moves and entrepreneurial grit. But my heart never stopped craving the rhythm and creativity of the culinary world, the swirl of ganache, the aroma of aged cheeses, the joy of curating something beautiful and delicious.
Now, Flavors in Motion is my newest venture, a mobile charcuterie and dessert cart that brings artisanal indulgence to every event. With handcrafted boards, decadent treats, and vintage flair, each experience is curated to delight and surprise. It’s elegance on wheels, rooted in passion and designed to make your moments taste extraordinary.
